This Privacy Policy explains how LeadAxis ("LeadAxis", "we", "us", or "our"), a service operated by AmalAxis, collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our AI-powered B2B lead generation services, our website, and any related applications, dashboards, and APIs (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
§ 02Information we collect
A. Information you provide
- Account & onboarding details — name, business email, phone number, company, role, website, and information about your ideal customer profile.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we receive limited data such as last four digits of the card and billing address.
- Inbound communications — content of forms, emails, support tickets, and call transcripts you send to us.
B. Information we generate or receive on your behalf
- Lead data — business contact records (names, work emails, work phone numbers, LinkedIn URLs, company information, public job titles) sourced from licensed B2B databases, public sources, and our enrichment partners.
- Call recordings & transcripts — outbound calls placed by our AI agent on your behalf, including audio recordings, transcriptions, AI scoring, and outcomes.
- Service usage data — dashboard activity, feature usage, IP address, browser, device, approximate location, and timestamps.
§ 03How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including building Ideal Customer Profiles, sourcing matching leads, scoring leads, placing AI calls, and delivering results to your dashboard.
- Train and refine the AI calling agent on your specific offer, scripts, and objection handling — only with your explicit approval of messaging.
- Communicate with you about onboarding, performance, billing, support, security, and product updates.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and legal process.
§ 04How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers — cloud hosting, telephony providers (for AI calling), speech-to-text, payment processors, email delivery, analytics, and customer support, all under written contracts requiring confidentiality and use limitations.
- Within your organization — leads, call recordings, and dashboards are accessible to authorized users from your account.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, valid legal process, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.
§ 05Lead sourcing & AI calling
LeadAxis sources business contact data from licensed B2B databases and public sources, and places outbound calls using an AI voice agent on behalf of our customers. We design the Service to comply with applicable telemarketing and privacy laws, including:
- Honoring National and internal Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists where applicable.
- Providing clear identification of the calling party and offer at the start of each call.
- Honoring opt-out requests promptly and propagating them across our systems.
- Restricting calling hours to those permitted in the recipient's jurisdiction.
If you are a recipient of a LeadAxis call and wish to be removed, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will process your request without undue delay and within the timeframes required by applicable law.
§ 06Cookies & tracking
Our website and dashboard use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (authentication, security, preferences) and limited analytics (page views, performance). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect Service functionality.
§ 07Data retention
- Customer account data — retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
- Lead records & call recordings — retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 12 months after, then deleted or anonymized.
- Recipient opt-out lists — retained indefinitely to honor opt-out preferences.
- Backups — encrypted backups are retained for up to 90 days on a rolling basis.
§ 08Data security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, vendor reviews, and regular security testing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
§ 09Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port personal information about you, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Specifically:
- EEA / UK (GDPR & UK GDPR) — rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests (lead generation for B2B), and consent.
- California (CCPA / CPRA) — right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising). California residents may submit requests via privacy@amalaxis.ai.
- Other jurisdictions — comparable rights may apply; we honor requests in accordance with local law.
To exercise your rights, contact us using Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
§ 10International transfers
We may process information in countries other than where you reside. When we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or other regions with cross-border restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
§ 11Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
